Smith Hockey Group works with motivated athletes looking to advance their hockey careers at the Junior, College, and Professional levels. Our clients range from developing young players to experienced Junior athletes pursuing opportunities at the next level.
Meet Our Experienced Team
Glen Smith - has over 30 years of coaching, scouting, and hockey operations experience. His background includes time as a WHL scout with the Medicine Hat Tigers, BCHL scout and Head Scout with the Cowichan Capitals, and General Manager/Assistant Coach in the VIJHL. Glen has helped numerous Vancouver Island players advance to Junior A and higher levels of hockey through his extensive knowledge and trusted network within the game.
Adam Smith - is a former WHL draft pick and junior hockey player with experience in the WHL, BCHL, and Junior A hockey. After earning a USports scholarship and continuing his career at the collegiate level, Adam transitioned into coaching, player development, and advising. As Head Coach of the Kerry Park Islanders (VIJHL), he brings firsthand experience and a modern understanding of the junior hockey pathway to the athletes he works with.
